As per the ABC Research Report based upon the data of the Ministry of Health and Family welfare till 8 AM of 25/01/2021, there are 184182 active cases,10330084 COVID-19 patients have been discharged and 153470 persons lost their lives in India till 8 AM of 25/01/2021.According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare released data, a total of 19,50,183 beneficiaries have been vaccinated till today.

New Delhi (ABC Live India): The Day 307 Report of COVID-19: Today was the 307 day of India’s Fight against Coronavirus: ABC Research Report.

As per the ABC Research Report based upon the data of the Ministry of Health and Family welfare till 8 AM of 25/01/2021, there are 184182 active cases,10330084 COVID-19 patients have been discharged and 153470 persons lost their lives in India till 8 AM of 25/01/2021.According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare released data, a total of  19,50,183  beneficiaries have been vaccinated till today.

On the testing of the capacity of India, the ICMR in its daily report on 25/01/2021 that a total of 19,23,37,117 have been conducted in India till 9 AM of 25/01/2021. Further, the ICMR reported that 5,70,246 new samples were taken during the last 24 hours.

The Following is the List of Actions/ announcements made by the Government of India along with Updates from Indian Courts of law, NHRC, RBI, SEBI, TRAI & IRDA on 25/01/2021

  1. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare released COVID-19 Updates
  2. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare released Update on COVID-19 Vaccination according to which total of The cumulative number of healthcare workers vaccinated against COVID19 has crossed 19.5 lakh today. A total of 19,50,183 beneficiaries (till 7.10 pm today) were vaccinated through 35,785 sessions, as per the provisional report.
  3. The ICMR issued COVID-19 testing Updates of 24/01/2021
  4. The ICMR stated that Till date, 332 RT-PCR kits have been evaluated by ICMR validation centres, and the following were found to be satisfactory
  5. The Ministry of Finance stated that has released the 13th weekly instalment of Rs. 6,000 crore to the States today to meet the GST compensation shortfall. Out of this, an amount of Rs. 5,516.60 crore has been released to 23 States and an amount of Rs. 483.40 crore has been released to the 3 Union Territories (UT) with Legislative Assembly (Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir & Puducherry) who are members of the GST Council. The remaining 5 States, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland and Sikkim do not have a gap in revenue on account of GST implementation.

  7. The Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation released Employment Outlook of the country covering the period September, 2017 to November, 2020 based on the administrative records available with selected government agencies to assess the progress in certain dimensions. 
  8. The Reserve Bank of India placed on its website a Working Paper titled “Monetary Policy Transparency and Anchoring of Inflation Expectations in India

  10. The Reserve Bank today released the Booklet on Payment Systems covering the journey of Payment and Settlement Systems in India during the second decade of the millennium, viz., from the beginning of 2010 till the end of 2020.
  11. The RBI issued Money Market Operations as on January 24, 2021
  12. The IRDAI issued a circular relating to Operationalisation of Central KYC Registry for All Life and General Insurers (Including Standalone Health Insurers)
  13. The IRDAI issued Guidelines on Standard Individual Immediate Annuity Product, “Saral Pension”
  14. The National Human Rights Commission, India in a case of disappearance of a woman and subsequent recovery of her body in District Mahendergarh, Haryana has found that the police did not act professionally to pursue the FIR in the matter and interrogate the alleged accused. Accordingly, it has issued a notice to the Government of Haryana, through its Chief Secretary, to show cause why Rs. 3 lakh should not be recommended to be paid to the next of kin of the victim woman. The State Government has been given six weeks to respond.
