For every 100 confirmed cases of COVID-19, 4 are currently infected, thus the active ratio of Kerala is 3.8%, which is also 1.48%.

The Case Fatality Ratio in Kerala is 0.5 percent which a lower than of all India average of 1.32%

According to the COVID-19 Tests conducted last week, the positivity rate reported to 10.5 percent, which is also higher than the national average of 2.54 percent.

For every lakh people in Kerala, 69,204 were tested, which is nice against the national standard of 18400 tests. As per official records total of 2,43,08,000 tests were conducted till 10/07/2021 against the population of 35,699,400.

In COVID-19 Vaccination front, Kerala 1,56,67,263 doses have been given, out of these 1,15,44,603 as first doses and remaining 41,22,660 second doses, meaning thereby 43.88 percent of the state population have been given the protection of COVID-19 vaccination, which is far higher than of national level of 26.87 percent.

The ABC research Team on the basis of the above COVID-19 data concluded that despite having the week the positivity rate reported to 10.5 percent, which is also higher than the national average of 2.54 percent, the Case Fatality Ratio in Kerala is 0.5 percent which a much lower than all India average of 1.32%.
