vaccine doses have been given till today.
The Ministry of Health and family claimed that 41,10,38,530
vaccine doses have been provided to States/UTs so far, through all sources
to date, and out of these 38,58,75,958 doses have been utilized
including wastage. As of day 2,51,62,572 doses are still with the States/UTs.
The CoWIN dashboard,
the official website of India's COVID-19 vaccination program confirmed that to
date 39,28,26,680 persons registered themselves for getting COVID-19
Vaccines, out of these 19,70,26,249 are of the age group of 18-44 years
and the remaining 19,58,00,431 belong to the age group 45+. Further, the CoWIN dashboard
data says that against 39,28,26,680 registered for vaccination, a total of
39,46,68,625 have been vaccinated, meaning thereby that 18,41,945
persons were vaccinated more than the registered numbers.
